So had to wait further 10 min. Chemist was busy chatting to everyone n not focused on what he was doing. I do appreciate the 2nd assistant who noticed whatever was wrong.

The staff are absolutely lovely people who have a caring and professional approach to all customers no matter what their individual needs are and the owner (Hani) goes above and beyond for his customers always.
